Karimnagar Corporation:The state government has not let the Rs 100 crore allocated for the budget allocation in 2016-17.The municipal officials submitted proposals to the government for last year's budget.Three months ago,the government issued a Rs 100 crore grant to the public health department for issuing the licenses. However, the public health system has been put into Suspension without giving any order to the ESC. Corporations have expressed satisfaction over the expenditure of funds allocated to corporations through public health.

The governments of Karimnagar and Ramagundam corporations in the Joint District have decided to pay the funds through the corporation mechanism and sent them to the government for council meetings. At other meetings with state ministers, they are taking into consideration the use of these funds.Officials and governments are confused because of the government's promise to pay the funds through the municipalities, even as it is no clear statement or action.

Staff shortages in the public health department.Besides this, the mission is going to be over. Now it is not easy to pay Rs 100 crore for tariffs, aggregates, quality checking etc., to make money from the government. The cost of funding will be swallowed. In the same corporations, there are tens and number of engineers and work inspectors. There are not even big things that are currently under stress. It is not easy to take care of tenders.Corporations officials who have already completed their proposals are also ready to give funds to municipalities.

Corporates are confused by the government giving the funds to the corporation to take over from the public health rather than the municipal department. The expenditure by the municipal department will be responsible for their own divisions and will be able to work on quality. If you work through the same public health department, you have no connection. Now,the government wants to spend over Rs.100 crore through corporations. We have to wait to see how the government reacts on this funding.
